Step 3 — Get Approval Our team will send return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable.

Refund Processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can prioritize a replacement or refund.

Keep all packaging materials until your case is fully resolved — photos of the box and item help us expedite your claim.
